| 一、Structure
and Working Principle |
XLDJ
series pulverizer is a new type powder production equipment developed
from turbine pulverizer. It is made up of the main engine, spiral
feeder, fan and pipes, cyclone material collector, etc. As imported
bearing is adopted, and the rotor pass the test of dynamic balancing
machine, the quality of this product is obviously superior to other
similar products.
The working principle is: The spiral feeder feeds the processing
materials into the inside chamber of the grading cylinder; the materials
fed into the chamber are rubbed, impacted fiercely and pulverized
into small grains in the strong rotating airflow and between the rotors
and millstones with the high speed rotation, then these pulverized
materials flow along the outside of the inside chamber under the driving
of rising airflow and come into the grading chamber; then by controlling
the speed of airflow the materials meeting to the requirements flow
out the cylinder and come into the cyclone material collector while
those not reaching the standard come back to the inside chamber of
the grading cylinder and repulverized there automatically. This pulverizer
has the features such as compact structure, easy to install, high
efficiency, low noise, no pollution, water-cooling method can be used
in pulverizing thermal sensitive materials, etc. It is the ideal equipment
for powder production. |

of wore position is adopted the high quality alloy, in order to overcome
the shortcoming of the parts that easily damaged that need to be changed

hardness materials |
