INTRODUCTION OF PRODUCTS |
 XWDY turbo pulverizer is mainly suitable
for the pulverizing of low-hardness material. As a most ideal, effective
and economic equipment in fine and super fine pulverizing, it is used
in chemical, medical, dye, dope, pesticide, metallurgy, ceramic,
food, feed, nonmetal industries and research institutes as well. A
rolling bearing shaft is fixed on one end of the machine. The motor
drives the shaft and the turbine fastened on it rotate in high speed
through the belt. The turbine and the millstones on the screen form
a reasonable and compact structure, which makes the material rubbed
and crashed strongly in rotating airflow and rubbed again in the gap
between the vanes of the turbine and millstones. With the adjustment
of screen the pulverized material fineness can reach 40 to 325 Mu. The machine
has impact structure and small cubage. It runs smoothly in low noise,
low energy consumption and high efficiency. It is sealed reliably,
no dust pollution can produce. It has good self-cooling function.
It is easy to assemble, disassemble and repair the machine and exchange
the damage parts. |
