XQCM Airflow Vortex Fine Pulverizer is a type of fine granule
production equipment with the advanced technology of the nineties.
It is developed by ourselves through digesting and absorbing
the foreign advanced technology on fine pulverizing. Compared
with the pulverizers used presently in our country, it is
better in performance and suitable for more materials,  it
can be used in machining hot plasticity material and fibre
material, the granule produced is uniform in granularity.
The fineness can reach very fine to super fine grade. It is
the ideal fine pulverizing equipment with good performance,
high efficiency and energy saving. It is widely used for pulverizing
the material of low or medium hardness in tobacco, chemical,
medical, dye, dope, pesticide, metallurgy, food, feed, plastic,
vegetable fibre, regenerated rubber industries and etc.
The specialties of the equipment are as follows£º
1¡¢It is a type of vertical spindle reflecting pulverizer which
can complete two process, pulverzing and sorting at the same
time.
2¡¢speed regulator. The fineness of the product can be controled
without stopping the machine, and further more, the fine powder
can be colleted entirely without any environmental pollution.
3¡¢The machine has the cooling function. Low temperature rises
when pulverizing. It is especially suited to pulverizing hot
plasticity material and fibre material. The granularity produced
is uniform.
The fineness can reach 300 to 1200 Mu. The machine
can work continously, the output per hour can reach 500to 1500 kilogram. |
