Principle:
This machine is different from the general mixer. When the general mixer is on working, the material in the mixing cylinder is mixed in simple motion, both the work efficiency and the quality are low. But when this machine is on working, the mixing cylinder moves in three-dimension motion, it has both rotation and revolution,which not only create a turbulent flow and accelerate the diffusion of materials,but also overcome the influence of centrifugal force and eliminate the excursion of specific gravity and ensured that the materials are mixed uniformly.
Features:
1.The mixing cylinder rotates in three-dimension, X, Y and Z direction. The materials rotate, overturn, diffuse and are cut and mixed in the cylinder, during this process, no material accumulation phenomenon occurs, the centrifugal force has no influence upon the mixing of the materials with different density and states.
2.The time for every mixing is 6 to 10 minutes only.
3.The uniformity of mixture is more than 98 percent.
4.The mixture charge capacity is 80 percent of the volume of the material cylinder. The charge capacity of this mixer is nearly twice as large as that of the generer mixer.
5.Low noise, low power consumption, long service life, small in size, simple in structure, easy to operate and maintain.
6.If required, this mixer can spray liquid according to the fixed time and quantity while mixing materials.
